The building is located on a site of a former industrial enterprise that was never built up. The environment has been actively changing recently under the influence of economic and social processes. Now a used car market is located here.

Rybalsky urban concept

Boyukshor lake rehabilitation

The project of reconstruction of Square of Contracts is a part of the city strategic initiative Authentic Kyiv, which provides for the preservation and restoration of the historical space of Podil and Dnipro slopes.
